I would draw your attention to our proposals in the 24th Draft Article, proposal joined by a number of other Delegations, where we have expressed the idea that autonomous weapons systems may only to be developed such that their effects and attacks are capable of being anticipated and controlled as required in their circumstances of their use by the principles of distinction and proportionality. And then we follow that with measures during development to this end should include the following. And then we enumerate a list of measures during development. I think we would absolutely be comfortable with a similar approach using this language as a way of grounding our understanding of what should be done during development in terms of testing and legal reviews and other important steps.
