We welcome in particular the retention of the crucial role of human judgment, human responsibility and accountability, a responsible human chain of command and control, legal reviews as well as safeguards concerning reliability and bias. We consider these important elements for ensuring the responsible use of LAWS in accordance with applicable international law.
